Position: Senior Venture Builder (f/m/d)
Are you passionate about creating products & services of tomorrow? At TheVentury, we are looking for a Senior Venture Builder to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will help our partners to explore and seize new business opportunities and build ventures from 0 - 1. You will play a vital role in developing products and services that positively affect people's lives.
As a Senior Venture Builder / Architect you will guide the development and implementation of innovative business models, leading a diverse, cross-functional team towards creating new revenue streams. Your expertise will keep the venture's journey on track, always focusing on delivering measurable outcomes and tangible results.
 

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility in our proven venture building framework, from opportunity to scale
  • Approach partner relationships with a focus on building trust and offering valuable guidance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and take ownership of the venture strategy
  • Embrace continuous learning and enjoy sharing your knowledge and experiences with the team & our partners
  • Track and present venture objectives and key results to evaluate outcomes and ensure the venture's success
  • Inspire, consult, and work hands-on with our partners to develop new revenue streams
  • Generate new business opportunities for TheVentury and manage key stakeholders
  • Build low- to high-fidelity business cases for ventures and our portfolio
  • Consult our partners strategically in setting up new business initiatives and build strong rapport
  • Contribute as a thought leader by sharing your ideas and insights at our events, conferences, and through our communication channels.

 

About you:

Every Venturer brings in specific expertise and a hands-on attitude.
 
For this specific role, we are searching for an individual with the following profile:
  • You are collaborative, innovative, and empathetic. Your entrepreneurial mindset and passion for innovation, as well as your ability to recognize patterns and solve problems, set you apart
  • (Ideally) you have a bachelor's or master's degree in innovation management, entrepreneurship, or similar fields.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience across these fields:
    • startup founding
    • management / strategy consulting
    • venture building / company building
    • or a similar role
  • This is a full-time role, with a willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
  • Experience in creating and refining business cases across varying levels of detail
  • Experience with prototyping in No/Low code software development is a plus
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities in a service-oriented environment is a plus

We are required by law to disclose the minimum salary in line to the collective bargaining agreement (€39,235).
For this specific role, we offer a competitive salary according to our career scheme which is €51,000 gross per year, paid over 14 salaries.
However, the final salary can be higher, depending on your experience and qualifications.
