Position: MVP Builder / Technical Venture Builder
We are looking for an MVP Builder / Technical Venture Builder who wants to actively shape new ventures from the very beginning. A person who sees code as a tool to create value, validate assumptions and move fast.
You act as the technical engine of our venture projects by translating ideas into working prototypes. Prioritizing speed, simplicity, and learning over perfection, while staying at the forefront of modern technology is what matters most to you.
As this role focuses on AI & MVP Prototyping within a venture building context, curiosity in the areas of venture building is essential, while solid knowledge is an advantage.

What You Will Do:

Core technical contribution: 
  • Rapid prototyping & MVP Execution: You develop functional MVPs at great speed using AI coding tools and frameworks.
  • Tech stack agnostic implementation: You use the tool that solves the problem the fastest and best.
  • Technology and Tool scouting: You keep yourself constantly up to date on new AI models, APIs and dev tools and processes that accelerates our building process.
  • LLM & Data enablement: You prepare, structure and transform (large) datasets so they can be effectively used by LLMs to generate insights, recommendations and tangible user value.
  • Prompt engineering & Model interaction: You know how to interact with LLMs to achieve reliable outcomes and continuously iterate on prompts, chains and workflows.
  • Venture building from 0 to 1: You own the technical backbone of venture creation from shaping early ideas and venture hypotheses to delivering MVPs and market-ready solutions that can scale. 
Cross-functional work & Mindset
  • Business-to-tech translation: You translate business problems and user needs directly into technical concepts and implementations. 
  • Stakeholder management & Decision support: You work closely with Venture Leads, partners, and internal stakeholders, openly discussing feasibility, risks, and trade-offs and managing expectations with clarity and transparency.
  • Market-driven iteration: You iterate based on user feedback, data and validation results, understanding that technology serves business and market needs.
  • Teamwork & Knowledge sharing: You collaborate within cross-functional teams, share your expertise, and help raise the overall technical and AI maturity of our venture building approach.

About you:

Every Venturer brings in specific expertise and a hands-on attitude.

For this specific role, we are searching for an individual with the following profile:
  • For this role, we value impact and not credentials. Whether you learned at a university, a boot camp or on Youtube, what counts is your track record and your mindset.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience building digital products, prototypes or internal tools in startups, ventures, agencies or comparable fast-moving environments with a strong motivation and willingness to apply and further develop this experience in a venture-building context.
  • You have solid coding experience and are comfortable working across multiple languages, frameworks and tools, depending on the problem at hand. (Feel free to provide us with your GitHub, your side projects or tools you have built.)
  • You have practical experience using LLMs in real-world applications, including: 
  • preparing and structuring data for LLM use cases,
  • designing prompts and prompt chains,
  • integrating models via APIs into functional prototypes
  • and of course understanding, reviewing and challenging the LLM outputs.
  • You actively use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. coding copilots, agents, automation tools).
  • You have built and shipped working MVPs, and learned from first real customer contact. 
  • Fluency in German and English are a requirement.

We are required by law to disclose the minimum salary in line with the collective bargaining agreement, which is €36.978,20 gross per year (full-time basis).
For this specific role, we offer a competitive salary of  €51.000,00  gross per year, paid over 14 salaries (full-time & all-in), in line with our career scheme.
 
The final salary can be higher, depending on your experience and qualifications.
